You agree to the terms of service below, and the Terms of Use for Substack, the technology provider.

Effective date: August 11th, 2025

Plain‑English summary: You’re welcome here. Read free or subscribe for paid content. Don’t misuse the community, don’t copy or resell my work, and remember: this publication offers information and opinion—not medical, psychological, legal, investment, or financial advice. I am not your doctor, psychologist, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor. You are responsible for your own decisions. Payments and refunds are handled by Substack; I defer to Substack’s 7‑day refund policy. Details below.

1) Who we are

This Substack publication is operated by Jovi Saturn , under Egoist Media LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Contact: info@theegoist.me

2) Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using this Substack (free or paid), you agree to these Terms of Service and to Substack’s platform policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the publication.

3) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a paid subscription, and at least 13 to access free content, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction.

  • If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent/guardian’s permission.

4) Subscription, billing, and refunds

Platform billing. All subscriptions and one‑time payments are processed by Substack (and, for iOS in‑app purchases, by Apple). We do not store or control your payment card information.

Auto‑renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Substack account settings (or in Apple subscriptions for iOS purchases). Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period; access continues through that date.

Refunds. We defer to Substack’s 7‑day refund policy. Requests made through the Substack interface within seven (7) days of purchase are eligible per Substack’s rules. Outside that window, refunds are not offered except where required by law. (If you subscribed via the iOS app, Apple’s billing timelines apply; please manage your subscription/refund request through Apple.)

Price changes. We may change prices prospectively. If we do, we’ll provide notice on Substack and/or via email before the next renewal.

5) Intellectual property and license to you

All content on this publication—including text, images, audio, video, tools, frameworks, and branding (collectively, the “Content”)—is owned by Egoist Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Cozmophyzix™ is a trademark of its respective owner and is referenced with permission where applicable.

Personal license. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non‑commercial use while you are a subscriber. You may not copy, repost, archive, sell, rent, license, or distribute the Content without written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link back is fine.

No scraping or automated access. You may not use bots or automated systems to copy, index, or download the archive.

6) Your contributions (comments, messages, submissions)

If you post comments or submit materials (“User Content”), you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and moderate that content in connection with the publication. You represent that you own or have rights to what you post and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.

We may remove or moderate content at our discretion to keep the space useful and respectful.

7) Community guidelines (acceptable use)

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others; dox or post private information; spam or self‑promote excessively.

  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate for this space.

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Attempt to bypass paywalls, share login credentials, or encourage infringement.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of Substack or this publication.

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

7A) Anti‑harassment, non‑disparagement (limited), and consumer reviews

We welcome critique and honest reviews. We do not allow targeted harassment, doxxing, threats, hate speech, coordinated brigading, or attempts to deplatform this publication or its community. You agree not to organize or participate in campaigns intended to intimidate, silence, or disrupt others here.

Limited non‑disparagement. You agree to engage disagreements in good faith and not make knowingly false statements of fact about us or other community members. Nothing in this section is intended to restrict your ability to post truthful statements of opinion or lawful consumer reviews to the extent protected by applicable law (including the U.S. Consumer Review Fairness Act). We reserve the right to moderate or restrict access to protect the community.

8) Educational content; not professional advice

This publication provides information and opinion—including astrological research, symbolic frameworks, predictions, and timing calls. It is offered for educational and general informational purposes only.

No professional advice. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, investment, or financial advice, and no professional‑client relationship is formed by reading, subscribing, commenting, or emailing. I am not a psychologist, therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here. If you need help, seek a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number.

No guarantees; your decisions are your own. Forecasts identify windows and probabilities, not certainties. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your choices and actions, and you assume all risk for outcomes that may result from applying or relying on the Content.

Opinions & sensitive topics. Content may include strong viewpoints, critique, or discussion of sensitive subjects. Disagreement or offense is not harm and does not give rise to a claim. By using this publication, you agree not to assert claims based solely on disagreement with opinions expressed here.

9) Tools and external services

From time to time we may link to tools or offer utilities (e.g., calculators) or third‑party services (Ko‑fi, YouTube, Twitch, SoundCloud, Vampr, etc.). Use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party sites or their availability.

Ko‑fi: Apps/tools and select development notes may be hosted on Ko‑fi under separate terms and access rules.

10) Privacy

Your use of Substack is also governed by Substack’s Privacy Policy. We may additionally maintain a separate Privacy Notice for Egoist Media LLC and the Jovi Saturn website. By subscribing, you consent to receive emails relevant to your subscription. You can unsubscribe from free emails at any time; paid cancellations end at the close of the current billing period.

11) Availability and changes

We aim for consistent publishing but do not guarantee any specific frequency. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the publication or specific features at any time. We may update these Terms—if we make material changes, we’ll post the update with an effective date and, when reasonable, notify subscribers by email.

12) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AS IS. The publication and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this publication will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the subscription during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egoist Media LLC, its owners, and collaborators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the publication, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14) Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, send a notice to the contact email above with: (a) your contact information, (b) identification of the work claimed to be infringed, (c) the allegedly infringing material and its location, (d) a statement of good‑faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

15) Governing law; disputes

Subject to Section 15A (Arbitration), these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Venue and jurisdiction. For any dispute not subject to arbitration (see Section 15A), platform processes (Substack/Apple), or small‑claims court, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts in Fulton County, Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to email us at support@yourdomain.com with a brief description of the dispute and allow 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

15A) Arbitration agreement; class‑action and jury‑trial waiver

Mutual agreement. You and we agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this publication or these Terms through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that each party may (a) bring an individual action in small‑claims court; and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Arbitration rules and forum. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Atlanta, Georgia. Proceedings may be conducted by video/phone to reduce burden. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in any court with jurisdiction.

Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). This Section 15A is governed by the FAA. The arbitrator will apply Georgia law (consistent with Section 15) to the extent not preempted by the FAA.

Fees. AAA rules govern fees. Each party pays its own attorneys’ fees unless a statute provides otherwise. The arbitrator may award fees/costs as permitted by law.

Class/representative waiver. You and we waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding. Claims must be brought individually. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Jury‑trial waiver. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and we waive any right to a jury trial.

30‑day opt‑out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@yourdomain.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt‑Out” and your full name, email address used for Substack, and a statement that you are opting out. Your opt‑out will not affect your other rights or obligations under these Terms.

Severability. If the class‑action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then (a) this Section 15A is unenforceable as to that claim; and (b) that claim must proceed in court (subject to Section 15). If any other part of this Section 15A is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

16) Assignment

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

17) Severability; entire agreement; waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this publication. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
