Hello, Substack: Launching Under an Aquarius Rising Sky

Kicking off this new chapter with the right cosmic timing and why these current transits are perfect for change.

Hello, Substack.

I’m starting my Substack under an Aquarius Rising sky and if you know astrology, you already see the poetry in that. The timing is perfect: Uranus in Gemini is sparking new conversations, Mars in Libra is pushing me to connect, and here I am, making my first publication in a space built for real dialogue (so they tell me).

Sure, I could have kicked things off with a ready-made astrology framework, but I wanted to start here with a simple “hello.” That said… you’ll still get a few gems because I can’t help myself.

Right now, where I am, Aquarius is rising (fitting for an online launch) with Uranus in Gemini highlighting social media and communication. In other words, the timing is on-brand: sharing my love for astrology while Mars in Libra (Mars = action, 9th house = publishing) pushes me to connect with others. I love the alignment and if you stick around, I hope you’ll fall for it too… or at least feel something about it.

This debut also lands on an interesting set of transits: Saturn conjunct Neptune, Venus conjunct Jupiter in signs that square each other. In future posts, I’ll unpack why I like squares (yes, really), but for now, the vibe fits: Saturn/Neptune brings the fatigue and frustration, Venus/Jupiter brings the optimism for greener pastures. Maybe you’re feeling it too; the urge to be somewhere fairer, more inspiring, where you’re valued and heard.

Is it about leaving old social platforms? Shifting into new circles where people still have that glint of adventure in their eyes? Uranus in Gemini trine Pluto in Aquarius supports sudden changes and transformations, especially in the world of tech-driven community. This isn’t new, the shift started after Saturn’s Aquarius transit in 2022, but it’s gaining speed.

And since Venus and Jupiter are conjunct in Cancer for the next couple of days, here’s something to keep in mind:
